Job Description
About the team The Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) team, part of the Corporate Services department, was established in June 2015. As our company has grown, so has our global real estate footprint. We have developed a comprehensive management model covering the entire real estate lifecycle, including space planning, transaction management, project delivery, and facilities operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders across real estate, facilities, design, and construction to plan office fit-outs, refurbishments, and upgrades.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including site selection, due diligence, design, construction, and closeout.
- Lead external consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure required permits and approvals.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve agreed objectives.
- Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide status updates to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 3 years of experience in real estate project management, with a focus on commercial office space design and construction projects, office refurbishments and upgrades in the EMEA region.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans, manage project budgets and schedules, and lead cross-functional project teams to successful project completion.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external partners at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex real estate challenges.
- Able to be fully on-site (five days a week in office).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including site selection, due diligence, leasing negotiations, design development, construction management, and project financing.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools and technologies, especially Revit, CAD.
