Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily front desk operations and patient scheduling
• Oversee treatment coordination and case presentation
• Handle insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
• Monitor office systems to improve efficiency and workflow

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience
• Strong knowledge of dental software (Abeldent & Recall Max)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of insurance processing and treatment planning
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
