You will act as a connective intelligence hub, monitoring conversations across multiple platforms and transforming scattered signals into clear, actionable insights. The work blends community engagement, data interpretation, and operational coordination to help shape how the organization responds to its users in real time.
You will identify emerging trends, risks, advocacy opportunities, and product feedback across digital spaces where professionals naturally gather.
By connecting the right internal experts to the right conversations, you ensure responses are timely, credible, and human-centered.
