As per Local Union #498-4 Agreement
Salary Range: 
$16.98 -$23.35 based on experience and qualifications.
Itasca Area Schools Collaborative offers a comprehensive benefits package including: Contributions toward medical insurance including a VEBA or HSA account, paid time off including sick and personal leave, and contribution towards life insurance. Tuition stipends are also available. 

Qualifications: 
AS Degree, Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential and/or EC credits preferred.
