Project Manager - Data Center
Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering project management services that align with client objectives and organizational standards. You will participate in the full project lifecycle, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong technical acumen and effective stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes across diverse project environments.
Responsibilities
- Define project success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure coordinated delivery.
- Manage change control processes and monitor project finances.
- Advise on resource procurement and allocation.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communications between the project team and client.
- Act as the primary interface with clients and consultants throughout all project stages.
- Prepare and present project progress reports and key performance indicators.
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of project information.
- Contribute ideas for improving project management services and internal processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within data centre or high-tech industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning through execution, completion, and post-project review.
- Proficient in project management principles, tools, and techniques, with hands-on experience using platforms such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean.
