Job Description

Corewell Health South is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner to join our dedicated team of providers. Desire individuals who are patient-centered and team-oriented.

This unique opportunity offers work in our outpatient infectious disease clinic.  No call required. Opportunity provides clinical services which are highly focused on the HIV population within our service area.

The Infectious Disease team includes two physicians & one advanced practitioner. The outpatient clinic is located at the Lakeland Health Park, which offers convenient access to imaging services, laboratory, pharmacy, and a variety of other specialties. Clinic operates Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm. Epic electronic health records.
