We’re looking for our next Senior Product Manager. Could It Be You?
The Senior Product Manager will operate as a strategic leader for a more complex domain, driving product development and ensuring alignment with strategic goals for the coming year. This role requires a demonstrated ability to define product vision and strategy beyond a single component, providing mentorship and challenging the status quo.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
As a Senior PM in Growth Portfolio, you’ll be responsible for bringing new, alternative trading products to Canadians, including crypto, event contracts, futures, and other derivative products and the tangential features and services that go with them. You can expect your role to include all of the following on a day to day basis:
Collaborate with countless cross-functional teams to design the internal processes that allow new products to fit seamlessly into the unified Questrade user experience
Conduct customer research and usability testing to deeply understand customer needs
Work closely with engineers and designers to craft product specifications and roadmaps
Collaborate with our strategy & data teams to help make data-informed product, promotion, pricing, and strategic investment decisions in your area of expertise
Partner with Legal, Compliance and Risk teams to ensure customer-focused solutions remain safe and compliant
Communicate the product strategy & impact of your team’s work to the rest of the business
Coach & unblock the PMs on your teams, ensuring they have clear priorities and the resources needed to succeed
Balance short-term wins with long-term product vision
Interface with senior leadership regarding product development progress, product decisions and tradeoffs, roadblocks, and product success metrics
Develop diagrams, and written responses, and deliver product demos for Canadian regulators (CIRO, CSA) during the approval process for various new products
So are YOU our next Senior Product Manager? You are if you…
7+ years of product management experience or similar (ie: founder, designer, consultant, analyst)
Previous experience managing or coaching teams of PMs (Group PM, Staff PM, Director or similar)
Demonstrated track record of shipping complex, needle-moving products
Experience managing and developing other product managers
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Compensation Information:
Base salary range: $135,000 - $180,000
The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
