Sr. Instructional Designer

Job Title: Sr. Instructional Designer
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Bellevue WA

Skills Required 
• 7+ years of Instructional Design experience with a focus on creating experiential learning solutions (classroom, virtual, eLearning, mobile learning, and information design) • Expert knowledge of virtual delivery, learning management systems, and course authoring tools • Expert knowledge of Instructional Design theory and interative development processes and evaluation methodologies (ISD, ADDIE SAM, Bloom, HPI, Kirkpatrick) • Expertise and knowledge in the latest techniques, technologies, and methods to facilitate and enhance learning, including social, mobile and on-demand learning. • Expert written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor developing instructional designers • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment

Preferred Skills
• Developing curriculum programs and learning strategies • Demonstrated interest in technology and an ability to learn new technologies quickly • Experience providing consulting on instructional design and learning methodologies • Understanding of web usability, graphics design concepts and practices.
