Job Description
The Task Force General Manager maximizes hotel value by achieving revenue growth, expense control, excellent guest service, and human resource maximization. The Task Force General Manager develops and/or maintains all hotel operations consistent with Lark Hotels' values and standards. The Task Force General Manager is an assignment-based leadership role responsible for providing operational oversight and management support at designated Lark Hotels properties as assigned by the company. Assignments may include hotel openings, leadership transitions, operational turnarounds, leaves of absence, special projects, or other business needs.
