
Administrative Staff Specialist
Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator provides critical support to the Office of Epidemiology, including the provision of direct support to the Office Director and Administrative Deputy. This position is responsible for ensuring timely submission of official documents to office director and agency leadership; the coordination of critical administrative projects such as maintaining organizational charts, office space assignments; assuring office supplies; maintenance of leadership meeting agendas/notes, review and coordination of complex travel requests; and other special projects related to the mission of the Office of Epidemiology. This position also provides important support for the logistical preparation of office-wide meetings and large convenings of professional staff. The ideal candidate for this role has experience providing administrative support to a large, complex office/organization and has a customer service mindset.
