Descripción del puesto The Senior Art Director is responsible for leading the visual and conceptual development of creative ideas, delivering high‑impact proposals that connect with culture and generate value for brands. This role combines strategic thinking, design excellence, and creative leadership, working collaboratively to elevate the quality of work and guide others within the team. Responsabilidades Develop and execute high‑impact creative ideas, raising the visual and narrative level of campaigns. Translate business objectives into solid, relevant creative solutions. Drive the development of innovative proposals, challenging and enriching the creative process. Strategically apply cultural and design trends to the work. Build and maintain a deep understanding of brands, their audience, and context. Adapt ideas to client needs without losing creative integrity. Lead the creative relationship with clients, providing judgment and confidence. Collaborate with copywriters and multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated ideas. Guide and provide feedback to junior team members, fostering their growth. Lead creative presentations clearly, confidently, and persuasively. Promote a collaborative, inclusive work environment focused on excellence. Identify risks or challenges and propose strategic solutions. Cualificaciones 5+ years of experience in design, advertising, or creative fields. A strong portfolio demonstrating high conceptual and executional standards. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion/video skills are a plus. Strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to defend creative decisions. Experience working in collaborative, dynamic environments. Communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
