Purpose of the Role:

Lead and drive end-to-end supply chain and logistics excellence initiatives to improve operational efficiency, service reliability, cost effectiveness, and supply chain capability across the organization. The role ensures strong governance, performance management, and continuous improvement of supply chain processes to support the distribution of healthcare and pharmaceutical products.

What You’ll do:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and transformation initiatives to enhance operational performance and efficiency.

• Develop KPI monitoring and reporting mechanisms to ensure operational visibility and accountability.

• Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency across supply chain processes.

• Ensure efficient logistics operations and distribution network performance.

• Promote adoption of supply chain technology and data-driven decision making.

• Build supply chain talent and strengthen organizational capabilities.

What Will Make You Successful:

Must Have:

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.

• Min. 15 years of experience  in related fields, with 10+ years in a leadership role

• Experience implementing supply chain transformation or operational excellence initiatives

• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP (SAP S/4HANA / SAP ECC)

• Familiarity with WMS, TMS, or supply chain planning systems

• Strong competencies in Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization and Logistics & Distribution Management

Advantages to Have:

• Master Degree (MBA / Supply Chain) preferred.

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or distribution industries
