Finance Contracting SME 2 The Budget / Financial Analyst provides financial management and execution support for Army programs, with a focus on appropriated and reimbursable funds. This role supports the analysis, reconciliation, and reporting of financial data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness. The analyst utilizes the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and related tools to track commitments, obligations, and disbursements, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to resolve discrepancies and support financial operations.
