What will you do with us?
- Manage indirect procurement categories (industrial, logistics, commercial and general services, investments, etc.) at a local and, when needed, regional level.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and ensure optimal commercial conditions and cost control.
- Manage supplier relationships, monitor their performance, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Execute strategic procurement activities, including cost analysis, supplier sourcing and selection processes, and e-auctions.
- Identify and manage procurement risks while continuously seeking opportunities for optimization.
- Manage budgets and deliver defined savings targets within assigned categories.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and align business needs with procurement strategies.
- Participate in annual budget planning and cost management for assigned procurement categories.
- Ensure procurement processes are compliant with internal policies and company standards.
This job is for you if you:
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree,
- Have at least 4 years of experience in procurement or related roles,
- Have experience in procurement of industrial equipment and services (considered an advantage),
- Have experience in negotiations, supplier management, and contract management,
- Have a good understanding of strategic sourcing and category management,
- Have experience working with e-procurement tools (RFI, RFP, RFQ, e-auctions),

Are familiar with SAP, Ariba, or similar systems,
- Have strong analytical skills and are able to make data-driven decisions,
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills,
- Are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and international teams,
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken,
What we offer:
- A monthly gross salary in the range of EUR 2,600.00–3,400.00 (depending on previous experience)
