Call Center Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

As one of our Call Center Representative's, your main goal will be to take phone calls in our call center, placing service and supply calls. You will learn the industry and our ERP business software.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Great enthusiasm for customer service
• Excellent attention to detail
• Constantly developing organizational, time management, and task management skills
• Team player with initiative, proactive attitude, strong work ethic
• Commitment to producing high quality work
• Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
• Microsoft Office 365 experience
