Job Requirements

The Building Solutions Manager is a full-time leadership role focused on developing and implementing market-specific strategies to support long-term organizational goals and drive growth across designated regions. This position works closely with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to identify market trends, address client needs, and deliver innovative, tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include leading strategic proposal development, facilitating client and expert discovery sessions, ensuring alignment with corporate and regional priorities, fostering stakeholder relationships, and utilizing market intelligence to recommend new strategies and service improvements. Additional duties are assigned as needed.


Work Experience
  • Associates degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, and/or other industry-related field experience required. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of industry-related experience.
  • Enterprise or C Suite sales experience preferred.
