Manager Market Access & Pricing (m/w/d)

In dieser Position verantwortest Du den Marktzugang neuer und bestehender Produkte über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus in enger Abstimmung mit dem Lead Market Access & Pricing. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf unseren Pipeline Produkten und zukünftigten AMNOG Prozessen und Preisverhandlungen. Du unterstützt die Vision von ViiV Deutschland, langwirksame Injektions‑Therapien als Standard zu etablieren, mehr Menschen mit HIV zu erreichen und sicherzustellen, dass niemand mit HIV zurückbleibt. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Government Affairs analysierst Du zudem gesundheitspolitische Entwicklungen, identifizierst notwendige Anpassungen und leitest gemeinsam mit den anderen beteiligten Funktionen konkrete Maßnahmen für Market Access und Pricing ab.

Hauptaufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Market‑Access‑&‑Pricing‑Projekten entlang des Produktlebenszyklus mit Fokus auf unsere Pipeline, inklusive AMNOG- und EU‑HTA‑Dossiers sowie Preisverhandlungen
• Erstellung von Pricing‑ und Market‑Access‑Forecasts sowie Szenarioanalysen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung
• Lokalisierung globaler Evidenz, Identifikation und Schließung von Evidenzlücken im deutschen Kontext und Entwicklung evidenzbasierter Value Stories für interne und externe Stakeholder
• Kontinuierliches Monitoring regulatorischer Preisentwicklungen, Erstattungssystematiken, Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und Markteintritte; Ableitung konkreter Implikationen für Portfolio und Pipeline
• Proaktive Mitgestaltung regulatorischer und politischer Rahmenbedingungen in enger Abstimmung mit Government Affairs; Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Einfluss‑ und Positionierungsmaßnahmen
• Analyse gesundheitspolitischer Entwicklungen auf Bundes‑ und Länderebene und Übersetzung der Ergebnisse in operative Implikationen für MA&P
• Unterstützung von Government Affairs bei überregionalen Projekten, Erstellung politischer Inhalte, Stellungnahmen und Positionierungsmaterialien sowie aktive Vertretung der Interessen in verbandspolitischen Gremien
• Aufbau, Überwachung und Umsetzung interner MA&P‑Governance und Genehmigungsprozesse sowie enge Abstimmung mit dem Lead Market Access & Pricing und globalen Funktionen

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitswesens (AMNOG/EU‑HTA, SGB V), Gesundheitsökonomie und Gesundheitspolitik.
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Market‑Access‑&‑Pricing‑Projekten entlang des Produktlebenszyklus inklusive AMNOG‑Dossiers, Preisverhandlungen, LoE‑ und Pipelinestrategien
• Starkes analytisches, konzeptionelles und strategisches Denkvermögen; routiniert in Forecasts und Szenarioanalysen
• Fähigkeit zur Lokalisierung globaler Evidenz, Identifikation und Schließung von Evidenzlücken sowie Entwicklung überzeugender Value‑Stories
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Positionspapieren und der Vertretung des Unternehmens in verbandspolitischen Foren; Übersetzung politischer Entwicklungen in operative Empfehlungen
• Sehr gute EDV‑Kenntnisse, hohe Digital‑ und KI‑Affinität sowie Bereitschaft, digitale Lösungen zur Effizienzsteigerung einzusetzen
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Ergebnisorientierung, Organisationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu steuern
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Empathie, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität; fließende Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Germany Salary Range / Gehaltsbandbreiten Deutschland: EUR 90.750 to EUR 151.250The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
