The SAP Global Systems team within IS&T runs the Operations and Financial transactional platform that powers all of Apple functions like Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution and Financials. We collaborate closely with architects, engineering teams, security, and business stakeholders to ensure the BTP platform’s high availability, performance, scalability, and security. We will lead monitoring, automation, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives while shaping platform standards and operational excellence that align with business priorities and technology strategy.
