You will move beyond traditional process optimization to design and implement systemic improvements that eliminate friction at its root and enable scalable, data-driven execution across the business. Working closely with senior executives across RevOps, Systems, Product, Data, and Enablement, you will shape the operational backbone of a fast-growing, globally distributed organization. The role emphasizes building AI-enabled workflows where automation handles transactional execution, while your team focuses on strategic problem-solving and enterprise-level transformation. You will lead high-impact initiatives that directly influence revenue efficiency, operational quality, and organizational scalability.
