Retail Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

 Support the Management team in the daily running of the store.

 Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.

 Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained.

 Assist with stock management, ordering, deliveries, and merchandising.

 Manage cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.

 Help train and develop new and existing team members.

 Deal with customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.

 Ensure the smooth operation of the store during your shift.
