Job Description

We’re currently seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our HQ team.  The Customer Care Specialist will provide outstanding customer service, process customer comments, feedback and support the Mister Car Wash key customer loyalty programs. This position is a fast-paced, high volume role that offers an outstanding opportunity to enter our Headquarters Support Team. The Specialist will maintain a positive attitude while fielding inbound calls, handling any issues related to customer service and support overall account maintenance.  What you will do:  Answer and respond to customer phone calls, emails, and field requests professionally and timely Research and resolve customer issues and follow up when necessary and appropriate Fulfill requests for information and maintain account changes Process customer comments and feedback Perform data entry and database maintenance functions How you will shine:  Team oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn 2 years of customer service or retail experience  Availability to participate in extended hours and weekend shifts Juggling multiple projects, providing solutions and having a positive impact on the team Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Customer Care tracking software preferred Speaking fluency in Spanish is a plus
