Purpose of the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and market share within the assigned territory
- Own and expand key accounts, increasing product adoption and usage
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across hospitals and clinics
- Provide in-theatre (OR) support to strengthen customer confidence and accelerate deal closure
- Partner with surgeons to influence product preference and clinical decision-making
- Execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Build strong relationships with KOLs and key decision makers to unlock business growth
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations, training, and value-based selling
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to drive winning strategies
- Ensure full compliance while supporting commercial and business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, Optometry, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or surgical environment
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive sales and account growth
- Confident working in operating room (OR) settings and engaging with surgeons
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
