Manager, Commercial Recovery - Business Banking Pure Litigation MY

The role is responsible to:

• Monitor recovery of all accounts under supervision and ensure timely action is initiated to maximize recovery for the Bank.
• Monitor Performing Loans (“PL”) remaining Commercial Recovery post restructuring & rescheduling to ensure PL do not move into Non Performing status.
• Restructure/reschedule new NPL files transferred to us (if possible prior to proceed with legal actions)
