The role incorporates investment management, mortgage lending oversight, treasury functions, and key external relationship management with borrower, developers, and real estate professionals. This position plays a central role in supporting the company’s long term financial sustainability and strategic growth through disciplined portfolio oversight, strong analytical capabilities, and effective stakeholder engagement.
