Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with a strong focus on Web applications and hands-on experience in AI testing. In this role, you will build scalable automation solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of web products, while also validating AI-driven features and models. Experience in performance testing is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts for Web applications
• Analyze product requirements and define effective test strategies, including UI, API, and end-to-end test scenarios
• Develop and execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects clearly
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to drive high-quality delivery
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
• Leverage AI tools and build lightweight AI agents to improve testing efficiency
• (Plus) Support performance testing, including workload design, execution, and bottleneck analysis
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on Web automation
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
• Hands-on experience with Web automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how web systems work
• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad
• Understanding of performance metrics (response time, throughput, concurrency, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Knowledge of test reporting and monitoring tools
