Overview Buyer Specialist is responsible for assisting the direct superior in developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure the end-to-end (E2E) procurement function operates in line with the business objectives, adds value, mitigate risk, deliver cost savings, and ensures proper procurement governance
Key Responsibilities Process purchase requests and select suitable suppliers Conduct cost analysis and negotiate pricing and contracts Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures Support contract preparation and coordination with legal Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities Prepare procurement reports and updates Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field 4–6 years of procurement experience Strong negotiation and contract management skills Good analytical and problem-solving ability Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
