Job Description
- Lead program teams across cross-functional organizations, including energy and land acquisitions and development, networking, construction, and supply chain, to ensure cohesive delivery against regional goals.
- Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to provide leadership with visibility into portfolio health, critical risks, and necessary escalations.
- Maintain a holistic view of the program life-cycle to identify where delay in one workstream (e.g., land acquisition) will impact downstream delivery (e.g., shell construction).
- Monitor global and regional throughput constraints such as construction capacity or long-lead equipment availability to identify potential delays before they impact the critical path.
- Manage the end-to-end requirements for emerging markets where lead times and regulatory environments lack established precedents.
