About the Role
As a Senior Project & Program Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing critical business applications and security-related processes within the organization.
You will act as the primary point of contact for the Security Team, ensuring smooth intake and handling of requests, while coordinating cross-team activities and maintaining alignment with business priorities.
You will be responsible for overseeing core environments such as the BORG authentication system and WK Store, as well as supporting customer-facing platforms. The role also includes ownership of roadmap planning and coordination of international environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all requests addressed to the Security Team (Zespół Zabezpieczeń), ensuring proper intake, prioritization, and routing of requests
- Coordinate the daily work of the Security Team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and efficient delivery
- Manage and continuously update the product and operational roadmap for assigned systems and initiatives
- Oversee and coordinate key environments, including:
- BORG (authentication system)
- WK Store (e-commerce platform)
- Coordinate the BORG environment for international markets (Romania and Ukraine), ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards
- Ensure proper maintenance and development of customer-facing solutions:
- Strefa Klienta (Client Zone)
- Pomoc (Help/Support website)
- Monitor scope, priorities, and delivery status across initiatives and ongoing activities
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and the Security Team
- Identify risks and dependencies and ensure mitigation actions are in place
- Organize and lead meetings related to ongoing initiatives and operational topics
- Ensure documentation of processes, decisions, and system changes
- Support reporting and preparation of materials for stakeholders and management
Skills
- Experience: Relevant experience in a Product Owner or Project Manager role (or similar roles), is nice to have
- Coordination & Ownership: Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and act as a central point of accountability
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills and the ability to align business and technical teams
- Roadmap Management: Experience in planning and maintaining product or operational roadmaps
- Process Management: Ability to structure and optimize request intake and operational workflows
- Systems Understanding: Basic understanding of authentication systems (e.g., SSO) and e-commerce platforms
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and improvement areas
- Communication: Clear and effective communication, including handling sensitive or complex topics
- Documentation: Ability to maintain clear and structured documentation
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with task and project management tools
