このポジションは、日本地域を担当し、大手医療機器メーカーの全事業部門に対するSPOC（単一窓口担当者）として活動していただきます。

応募者は、優れたシステムエンジニアリングスキルに加え、顧客と直接対話し、そのニーズや課題を把握する能力を備えている必要があります。要件定義から製品化に至るまでのエンジニアリングソリューションの提供を担当し、プロダクトオーナーとしての役割も果たしていただきます。ハードウェア／ソフトウェアに関する中核的な専門知識に加え、候補者はすべてのシステム要素を効果的に管理し、オフショアチームと連携して、納品時の顧客満足度を確保する必要があります。さらに、顧客との関わりを拡大するための提案書を作成できることが求められます。腎臓デバイス（透析）に関する経験がある方を強く歓迎します。

This role is for the Japan region, who acts as a SPOC to all the divisions of a major Medical Devices customers.

Candidates must possess strong system engineering skills and the ability to interface directly with customers to understand their needs and pain points. They will be responsible for providing engineering solutions, spanning from requirement gathering to product realization, and will function as a Product Owner. In addition to their core hardware/software expertise, candidates must effectively manage all system elements and collaborate with offshore teams to ensure customer satisfaction during delivery. Furthermore, candidates should develop proposals to expand customer engagement. Experience with renal devices (dialysis) is highly preferred.

Candidate expertise will be crucial in delivering solutions that satisfy customers and users while also generating significant value for Quest Global's business investments. The ideal candidate will exemplify leadership and serve as an engineering mentor, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement product engineering solutions.

• ステークホルダーや顧客へ成果物を納品する前に、作業項目の技術的なレビューを行う
• オフショアチームと顧客の間の橋渡し役として活動する

• Lead the end-to-end proposal and tender process, including drafting Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and statements of work (SOWs)
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, taking full ownership of the project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering to specification finalization and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables
• Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders
• Perform technical reviews of work items before delivering to stakeholder/customer
• Work as bridge engineer between offshore team and customer
• Proficient in English

• 10～15年のプロダクトエンジニアリング経験
• 医療分野での5年以上の経験
• 優れた対人コミュニケーション能力（日本語・英語双方）およびチームとの協業経験
• クライアント対応およびオフショア開発チームとの調整業務
• JIRA、Bitbucketなどのプロジェクト管理ツールの熟練した操作能力
• 優れたリーダーシップとチームマネジメント能力、卓越した時間管理能力および優先順位付け能力
• アジャイルおよびウォーターフォール手法に関する深い理解
• ファームウェア開発ライフサイクル（設計、実装、検証、リリース）の専門家
• システムアーキテクチャの設計、実装、ユニットテスト、検証および妥当性確認に長けていること

• 10-15 Years of product engineering experience
• 5+ Years of experience in medical domain
• Good interpersonal communication (both Japanese and English) skills and experience in collaborating with the team
• Client handling and coordination with offshore development team
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, etc.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent time management and prioritization abilities
• Good understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
• Expert in firmware development lifecycle; design, implementation, validation, release
• Good at designing system architecture, implementation, unit testing, verification and validation
