Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. Resolving Customer complaints, failed part analysis, ICA/PCA identification, Verification & Implementation.
  2. Preparing consolidated action plan for customer complaints ( field / user plant) and analyze the trend for improvements.
  3. Management of Z stages & ensuring adherence of assembly processes to deliver defect free product.
  4. Pro-actively identify process gaps, concerns  and executing corrective measures along with CFT.
  5. Global demerit audit – for ongoing models & new projects. Maintain test bed & run the engines as per SOP.
  6. Conducting Product / Process audits & reports circulation to all stake holders as per control plan.
  7. Conduct QCRT and ensure closure of concerns.
  8. Establish and sustain Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 standard.

Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile

General Experience

3 to 5 years (minimum) In Automobile industry
