Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Operations: Manage last-mile delivery teams and carriers. Optimize routes and schedules to meet KPIs for on-time delivery rates and customer satisfaction.
Cost Control: Oversee vehicle dispatch, fuel management, and freight settlement. Analyze data to reduce cost per unit (CPU) and improve operational margins.
Exception Handling: Resolve delivery issues (e.g., lost/damaged goods) quickly. Coordinate with local logistics partners and customer service to minimize resolution time.
Driver Management: Recruit, train, and assess local drivers/riders. Ensure compliance with local traffic laws and safety standards to mitigate legal and operational risks.
Data Analysis: Generate daily operation reports. Analyze regional performance metrics and propose process improvements to support business goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: College degree+; 3-5 years in logistics/delivery management, preferably in e-commerce last-mile operations.
Skills: Fluent English (Chinese preferred); proficient in Excel and TMS/WMS systems; strong route planning and crisis management skills.
Capabilities: Excellent cross-functional communication and stress tolerance. Familiar with Philippine local traffic and logistics ecosystem.
