Job Description
Main Tasks
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide external after-sales application training to customer in assigned regions to ensure value perception and customer satisfaction of CZ product. It will include post-install training on machine operation and follow-up in-depth training on clinical application for defined product.50%
- Support pre-sale by advance demo 20%
- Work closely with KOL , reference site and VIP customers in assigned regions to support on clinical study, product trial, training seminar, guru visit, and publication & presentation, etc. 15%
- Support on market information, sales training, marketing activities and sales aids 15%
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor degree in related disciplines and 2 years clinical working experience, major in ophthalmology is preferred or Master degree or above in related disciplines
Experience
- 2+ years clinical experience

- English language skills: Proficient in writing, reading, listening and speaking
- Quick learning
- Willing to business trip frequently

- Requires strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication necessary to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
