Role Purpose 职位目标:

This role will closely work with brand marketing & cross function stake holders to define innovation pipeline for gut health / digestive health area to

  • Research, digest and analyze consumer data and market insight to drive 1-5 year innovation pipeline development
  • Drive & lead innovation projects delivery on time
  • Ensure excellent product competitiveness and sustainable value chain design
  • Support innovation sales target achievement and contribute to brand’s innovation pipeline growth.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:

Key contact with innovation stakeholders and brand team to plan for 3-5Y pipeline Owner of gut health brand / brand sub-line innovation strategy Owner from idea generation, consumer validation, NPD governance until product readiness for launch Owner of innovation gate documents / gate meetings set up with brand team, finance, trade and channel team Liaise with industry expert, internal and external stakeholders to co-create roadmap/new health concept for breakthrough innovation

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

Education: Bachelor’s degree and above in Marketing/Management/Business Administration or Food / Nutrition / Pharmacy / Biology / Chemical related fields, Master degree or MBA preferred. At least 8 + years of working experience

Direct experience in Nutrition, Functional Food or OTC marketing is preferred

Experience in end-to-end marketing is preferred, especially in the gut health, microbiome, pro/pre/post-biotics segment.

Leadership experience of small to medium size team.

Extensive experience in matrix organization is a plus

Product/Range development includes market landscape & consumer insight discovering, initiating strategies and product mix- responsible for 1-5yr sustainable brand sub-line growth. Need skillful digesting of different research reports and creative thinking to translate insight into commercial actions.  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in English writing, verbal, and presentation. Good learning agility, with proven record in commercial problem solving, project management, X-function collaboration and crisis/change management.

Financial planning capability, strong leadership capabilities, good communication skills and strategical thinking capabilities is strongly preferred. Have a great passion for health & wellness.
