Job Description

Role Purpose

Support the delivery, governance, and adoption of digital platforms and systems for NHG Population Health and Community Care programmes across the cluster. The role works closely with business users, IT, vendors, and national partners, and includes secretariat and coordination support roles for cluster‑ and national‑level governance workgroups.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Platforms & Programme Support

  • Managing digital products (for e.g. CRM, Gen AI chatbot, etc), including liaison with key internal business users, IT teams, vendors to track product backlog enhancements and resolve technical/operational issues.
  • Project management, including ensuring timely enhancement implementation for digital products.
  • Engagement with internal business users to translate business requirements into system enhancements, workflows, and operational processes.

Governance & Secretariat Support

  • Provide secretariat support for NHG and national steering committees / workgroups:
    • Meeting coordination, agenda papers, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Prepare clear, executive‑ready summaries and follow‑up materials.
  • Track decisions, risks, and actions to closure across stakeholders.

Operations, Process Improvement & Adoption

  • Support process standardisation, SOP development, and user onboarding.
  • Assist with change management, communications, and downstream adoption activities.
  • Monitor post‑implementation issues and continuous improvement opportunities.

Compliance & Coordination

  • Ensure systems and processes align with MOH / NHG policies and governance requirements.
  • Support audits, reviews, and governance reporting where required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Systems, Healthcare, Public Health, Business, or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years in healthcare, operations, IT enablement, or project management is preferred; open to fresh graduates
  • Prior experience in project management of digital initiatives and demonstration of knowledge and application in digital tools (i.e Robotic Process Automation, PowerBI) will be beneficial.
  • Experience supporting governance forums or multi‑stakeholder workgroups including agenda collation, minutes taking and tracking of matters arising.
  • Strong written/communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Healthcare or public sector experience preferred.
