The Electrical and Equipment SQE will be based in Shanghai office.
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
Supplier Evaluation ---Evaluate the supplier with jointed effort of sourcing on aspects of quality, capability, delivery, environment, society regulation, etc. against customer requirements.
Supplier Qualification---Implement the new supplier qualification through the supplier risk assessment, supplier self-assessment, onsite QMS and product checklist audit.
Part Qualification---Implement PPAP (FAI). PPAP includes FAI, Material Certificates, Quality Process Control Plan, FMEA, MSA, SPC, compliance, COC and work with Reliability engineer for the testing.
Pilot Run Tracking---Track the new qualified parts quality performance to ensure meet the customer quality requirements in pilot run phase.
ECO/ECN/SCR implementation--- follow up the ECN with suppliers through re-PPAP prior to production.
Drive the NCR Solution and Trouble Shooting--- Working on customer NCR with suppliers, drive the containment, root cause and correct actions through 8D process.
Lead the Process and product Audit--- Carry out the audit per ISO and control plan, drive supplier to improve the process or control fixture tools to improve quality.
Act as particular aspect expert, participates in material Review Board decisions on supplier provided parts and services
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

ypically requires a Bachelor degree in related field.
Typically requires 10 years of experience in quality management on the Electrical related field.
Experience of transformer, Power conversion product or would be plus
Good command of English.
