This role provides the operational foundation for Indeed’s global compensation function, combining program execution, analytics, systems expertise, and strategic project support. The person in this role owns end-to-end execution of core compensation programs, including annual compensation planning, merit, and bonus administration, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, governance, and audit readiness.
