Job Description

This position will serve as a member of the Facilities Team to provide 24-hour comprehensive maintenance support for all company divisions. The divisions will include Convenience Stores, Casinos, Car Washes, Hotels, and the Corporate Office. This position is located at the Corporate Office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to facility maintenance calls and service requests from all divisions via phone and ticketing systems.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support to all divisions over the phone
  • Coordinate repairs by identifying issues, recommending solutions, and ordering parts as needed.
  • Create, issue, and document work order tickets in the work order tracking system following each service call.
  • Troubleshoot and support fuel systems, car wash equipment, and deli equipment remotely, and dispatch vendors when necessary.
  • Assist in diagnosing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other maintenance issues over the phone, ensuring proper escalation or vendor dispatch.
  • Manage and coordinate on-call service requests, including dispatching vendors for mechanical and electrical equipment on a 7-day rotating schedule.
  • Remain available by phone at all times during assigned 7-day on-call periods to support urgent maintenance needs.
  • Maintain regular Monday–Friday business hours when not on the on-call rotation, supporting daily call center operations and ticket management.

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
  • Special projects assigned by Supervisor.
  • Invoice processing and administrative reporting for the Facilities team.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

COMPUTER SKILLS:

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software, and Internet software.

 

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to obtain a State of Montana DEQ Class B or higher Operator License within 6 months of hire date.
