Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Presentation Designer to join us in Bengaluru. In this role, you will create clear, polished and business-ready presentation materials for senior stakeholders, client-facing teams and internal audiences, with a strong focus on PowerPoint deck creation, visual storytelling and executive communication.
You will work across EquiLend’s product suite and business lines, including Trading, Post-Trade, Data & Analytics, RegTech and Platform Solutions, to help turn complex information into clear, accurate and visually effective materials. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take loose briefs, incomplete content and detailed business information, then shape it into structured, professional presentations that support decision-making and communication across global teams.
What you’ll do
- Design and refine PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders, board materials, client-facing decks, internal communications and business updates.
- Turn loose briefs, partially formed content and stakeholder input into clear, story-led presentation materials.
- Build strong visual narratives by organising content, improving flow, clarifying messages and highlighting key data points.
- Use layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, pacing and information design to make complex business content easier to understand.
- Create reusable PowerPoint templates, slide systems and presentation assets that support consistency across teams and markets.
- Apply EquiLend brand guidelines accurately while adapting materials for the audience, purpose and level of seniority.
- Review presentation materials carefully for visual quality, formatting, alignment, consistency and obvious errors before delivery.
- Partner with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Product and Communications to clarify requirements and improve the quality of presentation outputs.
- Support selected digital and print design work where needed, including corporate materials, product collateral and campaign assets.
- Prepare design files for digital and print production when required, following appropriate export, colour and prepress standards.
- Maintain organised working files, version control and presentation assets so materials can be reused, updated and found easily.
- Manage multiple presentation and design requests at the same time, balancing accuracy, quality and deadlines.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years’ experience in presentation design, graphic design, visual communication or a comparable role, ideally within B2B, financial services, technology, professional services or a corporate environment.
- Advanced PowerPoint design skills, including experience creating executive presentations, client-facing decks, reusable templates and visually clear business materials.
- A portfolio that shows strong presentation design examples, including slide layout, visual storytelling, content structuring, data presentation and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to interpret business content, identify the key message and turn incomplete or unclear input into polished, ready-to-use materials.
- Strong working knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, composition, colour, brand systems and information design.
- Practical experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, to support presentation, collateral and campaign work.
- Good judgement when working with business information, including the ability to clarify audience, purpose, message and level of detail.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot formatting, alignment, consistency and content issues before materials are shared.
- Confidence working with global stakeholders, asking clear questions and challenging unclear briefs constructively.
- The ability to manage priorities independently and deliver high-quality work across several requests at the same time.
- Experience creating corporate, B2B or professional services materials would be useful.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline is useful but not essential where there is equivalent practical experience.
