We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organised Finance Supervisor to support the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of our financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical capability, a passion for precision, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in financial reporting within a luxury hospitality environment.

As Finance Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining financial records, supporting reporting processes and ensuring compliance with internal controls and company procedures. You will work closely with operational departments, helping to deliver accurate financial insights while safeguarding company assets and supporting a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify financial figures, postings and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and organise financial records, files, cash and cash equivalents in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Record, classify, code and summarise financial data using journals, ledgers and financial systems.
  • Prepare, maintain, audit and distribute financial, statistical, accounting and payroll reports and tables.
  • Support period‑end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all reporting requirements.
  • Prepare, review, reconcile and issue invoices, billing statements and account reports in accordance with company standards.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts and vendor invoices, ensuring timely resolution and payment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to obtain accurate financial data and support business operations.
  • Support task coordination within the finance team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial procedures and confidentiality requirements at all times.
  • Protect company assets and uphold all policies relating to financial handling and reporting.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the Finance function and wider business.

Core Competencies

We are looking for a proactive and dependable professional who demonstrates integrity, precision and a strong sense of accountability. You will bring a methodical approach to financial processes, alongside the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You should have:

  • At least 2 year of experience in a finance, accounting or related role within luxury hospitality environment 
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage financial data, reporting and reconciliations accurately
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements
  • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships
  • A professional, reliable and service‑oriented approach
