Objetivo del puesto
- Procesos de soldadura:
- Soldadura MIG y soldadura láser
- Interpretación y control de parámetros críticos de soldadura
- Calidad y normas:
- Conocimiento práctico de CQI-15
- Cumplimiento y auditorías bajo IATF 16949
- Manejo de códigos y estándares de soldadura
Automatización y robótica:
- Programación de robots de soldadura (ABB, Motoman, Fanuc, KUKA)
- Optimización de trayectorias robóticas
- Análisis estadístico de defectos de soldadura
- Resolución de problemas crónicos de proceso
- Implementación de mejoras continuas
- Soporte a producción, calidad y lanzamiento de nuevos proyectos
- Analizar y mejorar procesos de soldadura
- Detectar y corregir defectos metalúrgicos
- Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y auditorías
- Optimizar celdas robóticas de soldadura
- Participar en implementación de mejoras continuas y nuevos proyectos
- Enfoque analítico y solución de problemas
- Trabajo en equipo multidisciplinario
- Comunicación efectiva
