Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full time (37.5 hrs per week) – Hybrid Working

We are seeking to appoint a Group Leader for the Leatherhead Asset Integrity Group within the Asset Integrity Discipline Area.
As the Group Leader you will lead and oversee a team supporting a diverse range of customers from across many industries, with success in the assessment, management and life-extension of aging assets. The team provides deep technical insight into the life, degradation and behaviour of components, systems and infrastructure.
We are seeking an individual who can provide technically credible leadership to a team of experienced specialists, while continuing to grow the capability, reputation and impact of the group.

Degree-level qualified in a relevant academic area.
Knowledge and experience of the technical disciplines in the Leatherhead Asset Integrity group and the wider Asset Integrity discipline.
Experience working across various sectors and experience of developing new clients.
Experience in developing solutions and products for customers and delivering subsequent programmes of work to customer satisfaction, schedule and budget.
Visible leadership to the group, colleagues and external customers
The ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and to influence at discipline and business level

About you:
Chartered (or equivalent) professional with a Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
Significant experience in consultancy with a solid background in technical skills and project execution.
Skilled leader with line management experience and a commitment to growing team members.
Insightful strategist who also takes practical action to ensure goals are met.
Clear communicator, collaborator, and advocate for our values.
