Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- Identifies educational needs of nursing staff and facilitates specific education in conjunction with department leadership.
- Supports outreach education in cooperation with Trauma Outreach Manager and pre-hospital services.
- Collaborates with local, regional, and national injury prevention and community outreach initiatives.
- Oversees daily operations of the trauma program to ensure optimal care for injured patients.
- Collaborates with nursing and other patient care departments to manage trauma patient and family care processes.
- Supervises trauma performance improvement and patient safety activities in conjunction with the Trauma Medical Director.
- Prepares and assists with monthly trauma performance improvement committee meetings.

• 2+ previous leadership experience [Preferred]
• 5+ trauma program, emergency and/or critical care nursing experience [Required]
• Experience with trauma registry and coding [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC) [Preferred]
• Certified Advanced Trauma Nurse (CATN) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
