Castle Hill BMW have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic person with a flair for sales to join our team as a sales Consultant.
Reporting to the New Car Sales Manager, you must have a desire to exceed customer expectations and enjoy going the extra mile for your customers. With strong interpersonal skills you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the Dealership's customer base.
As a member of a dedicated team, you will be a dynamic thinker and well versed in how to close a sale. With a confident manner, positive attitude, and a desire for success, you will be motivated to exceed set individual sales targets.

About the role:
- Providing support to our Sales Team
- Learning about the BMW brand and the range of vehicles
- Understanding customer needs
- Developing and maintaining a customer data base
- Continually developing your product knowledge to understand and sell the features and benefits of each model
- Exceeding customer expectations
About You:
- Previous automotive sales experience (Experience with prestige automotive brands will be looked upon favourably)
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- A commitment to grow with the brand and company
- Well-presented and charismatic with an understanding and appreciation for the luxury market
- A pro-active, positive and professional approach to achieving sales objectives
- A current driver's licence
