Job Description

Minty is seeking a strategic and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with our most valuable clients during a period of rapid growth, brand evolution, and product expansion. This individual will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts across Minty Business — our suite of B2B tools that drive online customer acquisition — and serve as a trusted partner responsible for revenue growth, retention, and long-term account strategy.

The Enterprise Account Manager will focus on deepening client partnerships, identifying and executing expansion opportunities, and aligning Minty’s solutions to business outcomes. This role is critical to driving revenue within existing accounts, increasing product adoption at scale, and ensuring coordinated, cross-functional execution to maximize client value and partnership longevity.

Who You Are

You are a commercially-minded relationship builder who thrives on owning and growing enterprise partnerships. You understand how to navigate complex organizations, engage senior stakeholders, and align solutions to business priorities that drive measurable outcomes.

You are both strategic and execution-focused — able to identify expansion opportunities while ensuring programs are delivering against expectations. You’re comfortable leading revenue conversations, negotiating renewals, and uncovering new ways to bring value across a multi-product ecosystem.

You collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver a seamless client experience, but you take full ownership of account growth and overall commercial success.

You don’t just manage accounts — you build partnerships, identify white space, and drive meaningful business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts with full responsibility for retention, expansion, and overall revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client business goals and Minty’s product capabilities
  • Identify, position, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Minty ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and senior stakeholders within client organizations
  • Lead renewal processes and commercial negotiations to drive long-term partnership value
  • Partner closely with Client Success to ensure seamless onboarding, performance optimization, and ongoing client health
  • Use data and insights to proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and unlock incremental revenue
  • Clearly communicate business impact, ROI, and program success through regular business reviews (QBRs)
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product, strategy, and go-to-market decisions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver against client objectives and ensure a high-quality client experience
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account reporting

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles within SaaS, eCommerce, AdTech, or MarTech
  • Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts, including upsell and cross-sell success
  • Experience managing enterprise-level clients and navigating complex organizations
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiations and contract management
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and client-facing strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Preference and proven ability to work in a fully remote environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
