FS Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst is responsible for data analytics to provide business intelligence and designing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing new and existing system applications of ScanSource, Inc.’s (“ScanSource”) Financial Services (“FS”) team worldwide. The individual in this position will work closely with FS, business unit personnel, and Information Technology (“IT”) personnel to determine relevant requirements and be involved in design reviews, systems testing, and data modeling on complex projects. This person will stay current with emerging technologies and apply prior experience to design and develop new applications, including enhancing FS tools through the integration of AI-driven capabilities and operational efficiencies across systems, processes, and risk assessments.
