We are hiring a Client Intake Supervisor for our Bellevue Location!!

Our Client Intake Supervisors:

Coordinate, handle, and request new client referrals from local and state authorizers; Utilize the AAA referral system to identify prospective new clients; Respond to direct prospective client inquiries
Coordinate and complete the new client initial assessment and onboarding, including initial client screenings, in person visits, and other assessments.
Schedule ongoing in-home caregiving services with each new client, and prepare to transfer staffed new clients to a Home Care Supervisor.
Supervise the delivery of home care services to new clients by the direct service home care staff; Provide feedback, and if necessary, participate in performance improvement planning.
Collaborate with the Home Care Supervisory and Leadership teams to determine strategies to meet program goals, prepare for warm client handoffs, and support new caregiver staffing endeavors.
When applicable, participate in Home Care Aide recruiting events, interviews, and new hire orientation.
Answer and refer telephone calls and emails as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

Associate of Arts degree in social services, home economics, or related field; or relevant experience.
A minimum of one year of Supervisory experience.
Experience in a health or social service setting is preferred.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance verification.
Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.

Physical Requirements Include:

• Must be able to lift 25lbs and support client’s mobility.
