Description

The Commercial Data & Insights Analyst leads the development and delivery of sales performance metrics that are key to driving revenue and strong results for sales expansion within the commercial bank.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Consults with the Leaders and Senior Management to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Provides critical data deliverables and analysis for commercial banking lines of business teams across all current and future systems, including Salesforce.com, internal production and billing systems, and other systems or platforms.
• Leverages analytics expertise and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams within the commercial bank as well as with other parts of the bank.
• Designs, builds, and maintains solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse etc.)

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience applying visualization techniques to internal and external data sources to make accurate and actionable analyses in a timely fashion.
• Experience creating self-service dashboards for internal business partners to learn, understand, have access to, and derive insights from data, metrics, and KPIs
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse etc.
