Mindtickle is looking for a hands on UX Research Manager to lead and grow our UX research practice across our platform. In this role, you’ll manage and mentor a small team of researchers while remaining deeply hands-on, shaping product decisions through high-quality, continuous research.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to deeply understand customer workflows, behaviors, and needs. Your work will directly influence product strategy, roadmap decisions, and day-to-day execution, ensuring our platform delivers meaningful value for revenue teams at scale.
We’re looking for someone curious, energetic, and passionate about customer-centric product development. You should be comfortable balancing speed and rigor, zooming out to define research strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to run studies yourself. We are moving fast!
