As Procurement and Contract Management Expert you are responsible for conducting on bidding process with multilateral development agencies, including drawing up bidding documents, bid evaluation, and contract preparation and project management according to FIDIC and EPC, works and goods contracts in geothermal, power, oil and gas sectors.
To succeed in this role, you should have 10 years’ experience, Master of Degree of Procurement or Contract.

What you’ll do
We are looking for Procurement and Contract Management Expert to join our team in Indonesia.
The role responsibilities include:
1. Conducting reviews and considering legal aspects of contract award & administration, preparing and drafting commercial bids and tenders, estimating the costs of a project and ensuring that the costs are controlled.
2. Prepare administration, management, reporting and monitoring of power sector generation projects. The role will include foreign exchange risk policy formulation and management and tracking and reporting project costs and loan drawdowns against approved budgets.
3. Have capability to deals mainly with writing up and preparing the paperwork, and working on the contractual conditions of a project, between the clients and the engineers.
4. Overseeing and review Contractors work relevant to the prequalification, preparation, issue, receipt, opening and assessment of tenders and award of purchase orders for materials and equipment for the surface facilities.
5. Overseeing and review Contractors compilation, sourcing, pre-tenders, Invitations to Tender, tender openings, and evaluations of proposals received including all requests for qualifications for major Subcontracts.
6. Providing contract/procurement advice to client team, participate is Contract audits, reviewing records for accuracy and conformance to standards.
