About the Team The Scaled Growth Team is a strategic engine within TikTok, focused on driving global new client acquisition through high-impact agency partnerships. The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. By identifying scalable opportunities and unlocking new markets, the team accelerates business expansion while ensuring consistent, high-quality client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategies to expand TikTok’s share of revenue and partnership opportunities with independent agencies in Thailand and cross-border markets.
  • Build and strengthen C-level relationships within agency networks, positioning TikTok as a priority partner.
  • Develop and manage agency account plans in partnership with agency teams to drive investment and deliver business KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, and strategy teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
  • Design annual and quarterly business plans, synthesizing market insights, agency analysis, and industry trends to guide growth strategy.
  • Influence agency executives and day-to-day stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver on partnership goals.
  • Champion performance, branding, commerce, and retargeting solutions to help agencies leverage TikTok’s ad tech ecosystem and creative capabilities.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, business analysis, and reporting to support planning and performance tracking.
  • Craft compelling sales narratives and case studies that highlight TikTok’s value proposition and market leadership.
  • Execute both scaled engagement programs and targeted initiatives to deepen agency partnerships.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and growth targets for self and team.
  • Anticipate market trends, identify new opportunities, and build business cases to influence product roadmaps and commercial strategies.

Minimum Qualification(s)

  • 5 years of experience in ad tech sales, digital media, or strategy roles, with strong exposure to agency partnerships.
  • Proven success managing independent agencies and advertisers with complex scaling challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, ad tech ecosystems, and measurement methodologies for branding and performance campaigns with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and people management in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into business impact.

Preferred Qualification(s)

  • Established relationships with agency and brand leadership in Thailand and across SEA.
  • Strong expertise in driving both brand and performance outcomes through integrated media and creative solutions.
  • Experience in e-commerce and commerce-driven media strategies.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization/analysis tools.
  • Skilled storyteller with the ability to inspire partners and communicate complex solutions simply.
